Once again we have the passing of a pop legend. Cilla Black, who in later life became a chat show celebrity should be remembered for the large amount of chart hits she achieved. Starting with her first single "Love of the loved" in 1963 that made little impact on the charts, reaching 35 in the UK. Cilla quickly followed this up with her next two singles hitting the #1 spot in 1964.
"Anyone who had a heart" and "You're my world". Sadly these were the only number ones she managed but she continued to have many more top 40 hits right up to the 1990's.
So farewell chuck, and thanks for the memories.
