Happy New Year.

Each New Year comes around quicker than the previous one, must be something to do with getting older.

Got some great CDs for Christmas, a mixture of stuff, mostly albums that I have meant to pick up earlier or that I had on vinyl. Two albums from Black Stone Cherry, that i'm pretty sure that would have become "Diskits" favorites, if we still had the shop. Also got another Half Man Hal Biscuit album "90 Bisodol (Crimond)" which like all other HMHB albums is totally brilliant.  Two Jethro Tull CDs "Thick as a brick" & "Aqualung" classics from my youth, and then I spotted in a charity store at the bargain price of 50p, The Mutton Birds "Envy Angels" Saw the Mutton Birds in Derby several years back and have four albums now. They prove that New Zealand had more than Sheep and Crowded House as exports.

Would be great to hear what other people got in the way of music for christmas.

I'll leave you with a selection of tracks from some of mine.

Hope you enjoy
