As I mentioned in my last post, I have been collecting vinyl for many many years and cannot resist looking in a box of old singles. Collecting singles is something of a passion that never seems to go away. When I find something that I had way back but have previously parted with I feel almost compelled to buy!!

Here are a couple that fall into this bracket.

Alice Cooper's "Hello Hurray" with "Generation Landslide" on the B side from 1973 and 1971's "Burundi Black" by Burundi Steiphenson Black. Both singles I remember playing many times at various discos back in the day in Bilsthorpe.

If you think Adam Ant had the original idea for this kind of drumming, then think again.

At same time of picking up these two I got this little gem from 1980 that I remember selling a fair few of whilst working at Pride Records in Newark.

Three very different records but all great in their own way. That is what is so good about music, something for everyone.
